With offices in Dallas/Ft. Worth and El Paso, Texas, Pedi360's only focus is pediatric medicine. Our Management Team encompasses over 40 years of practice management, healthcare development, marketing, IT and revenue cycle management experiences.
MANAGEMENT TEAMGuillermo Acosta, Chief Executive OfficerMr. Acosta has more than 15 years of account management and negotiation experience. Hehas demonstrated success in organizational growth by utilizing exceptional skills in building relationships from entry level staff to C-level executives. Acosta has proven he encompasses the ability to increase company revenue through product consultation strategies, motivating staff and relationship building. As the Regional Manager for the West Coast Region for Proethic Pharmaceuticals he managed 55 pharmaceutical representatives and increased Gross Sales from $12M to $24M. Acosta started Pedi 360, LLC in 2009. Under the business, two night clinics were created. The clinic was designed to redirect unnecessary emergency room visits into the Pediatric Night Clinic Acosta is responsible for all contract negotiations.
Don McCoy, President North Texas RegionMr. McCoy has over 30 years of experience as a corporate fiscal/business director for multi-corporate, proprietary and non-profit hospitals and hospital corporations. He has provided direct management and management consulting to hospitals, physicians and healthcare facilities throughout the Country. His background includes the development of financial strategies and revenue data systems for both hospitals and various healthcare facilities. He has provided management services to hospitals in project development in creating Physician Network planning and development, Managed Service Organizations, Independent Physician Associations and Physician Hospital Organizations. He has provided management services in planning strategies, contract negotiations, practice mergers, buy/sell agreements, practice management, marketing, and physician recruitment. Mr. McCoy has consulted with over 700 physicians, 25 hospitals and 5 hospital corporations.
Don McCoy has assisted hospital corporations including Quorum, Republic Health Care, Hospital Management Associates, Humana and Hospital Affiliates in developing physician and hospital related programs. He has assisted in Practice Acquisitions, Surgery Centers, Diagnostic Imaging Centers; as well as, development of a 220-bed hospital in Rockwall, Texas, Management Team opening Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas, raised $4M in Equity Contributions to start second hospital in Rockwall, Texas and completed study and initial Equity Capital in starting a physician-owned hospital in Santa Fe, New Mexico. |
Sara Lemaster, Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Lemaster has over a decade of experience in accounting and financial management. She has provided direct accounting for local non-profit Susan G. Komen and has also been on the board of the Women’s Fund of El Paso as their treasurer. Lemaster during her tenure running her own company managed all financials, accounts receivables, accounts payable, point of sale software integration, marketing and all daily accounting and banking transactions for ten companies with 90 employees.
Sara is now a partner and the Chief Financial Officer forPedi 360, LLC. Lemaster is responsible for bringing financial control to all four of the business owned and operated by for Pedi60, LLC. L and all of their interconnections to include cash fmanagement, overhead expenses, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, and to maintain capital for future projects that will enable future growth Richard Mojica, Director of OperationsMr. Mojica has over 15 years of experience in office operations and specializes in pediatric practice management. His background experience includes running programs for large pediatric offices as well as running grant funded programs for multi-site pediatric clinics. These grants include Kohl’s Cares for Kids, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Reach Out and Read, and state grants for school based health care centers.
He was also instrumental in bringing about the one of first after-hours pediatric night clinics in the state of Texas. Mr. Mojica has consulted on multi-million dollar state projects and was recruited to help Fortune 500 companies stay compliant with all applicable payroll and human resource laws. Mr. Mojica in working with various night clinics has recruited and handled contract negotiations for physicians. Mr. Mojica is also responsible for credentialing physicians for various insurance and hospitals. Mr. Mojica has extended his responsibilities in the night clinics by creating the network infrastructure for current and future pediatric night clinics including a multi user location EMR system. The system will improve the data reporting of diseases, treatment plans and out-come measurement. From 2005 to 2007 Mr. Mojica was the Unit Manager/Executive Director for Texas Tech. Martina Valverde, Director of MarketingValverde was hired as the director of marketing for Pedi360 overseeing the marketing of four clinics. The number of patients walking into those clinics has increased 33% a month since she joined the team. Valverde has educated the public at several community events as the face of the four clinics. She also is contracted by several small businesses to handle all marketing and press releases.
Valverde started her career as a television news reporter after earning a bachelors degree in communications from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2008. Valverde was quickly hired after her internship with El Paso’s local CBS affiliate. She then moved on to the FOX affiliate in El Paso. Valverde did not just spend her time reporting on the latest events in the city. She has spent countless hours volunteering by inspiring young underprivileged girls from the non-profit organization, Latinitas. Martina is also an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America. In 2013, the organization honored her with the district’s “Spark Plug” award for re-energizing the youth and adults in the program. Valverde is also responsible all the marketing and public relations for the Wapaha district of the BSA. |
